About Drew Cameron

Drew Cameron is President and Master Sellutionist of HVAC Sellutions, the industry’s leading marketing support and sales recruiting, training, coaching and performance enhancement organization. He has trained thousands of salespeople, sales managers, and owners nationwide in the art of effective selling skills and “Total Sales Awareness” over the past 16 years yielding them new levels of success in sales and customer service.

Drew has worked in every facet of an HVAC company from Installation Technician to Warehouse Manager and Purchasing to Residential New Construction Systems Designer/Estimator to Office Manager and finally to Sales, Marketing, Operations and General Manager for his family-owned HVAC business with branches in Chadds Ford, PA and Wilmington, DE. In 1996, Drew helped arrange the company to be sold to Conectiv Services, a utility-owned regional consolidator with operations in five mid-Atlantic states and continued with the operation for another fourteen months before joining Service Experts, a publicly traded national consolidator, in the role of Area Manager helping improve the sales of struggling service centers across the country. Drew worked at Service Experts from 1998 through 1999 before leaving to start HVAC Sellutions.

Drew hates to lose (and 2nd place is the first loser). Thus, HVAC Sellutions helps its clients gain 1st position in public mindshare with maximum consumer awareness and marketshare dominance utilizing its unique marketing strategy, sales philosophy, selling style, and effective sales and marketing tools and resources, while helping them to establish brand identity.

Today, Drew is a renowned and much sought after speaker, trainer, coach, and consultant for HVAC, Indoor Air Quality, Plumbing, Electrical, Fuel Oil Service and Delivery and other Home Services contractors, usually booked out for months in advance. He has spoken at many regional and national industry conferences for trade organizations and manufacturers and is also a published author, having written corporate training manuals and material for several industry publications, trade journals, and sales periodicals. Drew also serves as a National Software-Based Sales Trainer for Elite Software and Energy Design Systems, Inc.
