This morning (Saturday) I browsed my email and read Drew Cameron's sales tips. He explained how a customer selling a house doesn’t have to buy a system, just rent it. That same afternoon I was called for an estimate to a home needing an $8,000.00 upgrade. The homeowner said "Oh we don’t want to spend that much because we are selling the home in the next year or so" I said Great then if your going to sell t he home DONT BUY ANYTHING!! I explained how to rent the system using our finance program and just make payments, enjoy the benefits of clean, pure, efficient heating and air conditioning then add the total cost to the home and get it all back.
