Investment Bonus Flyer

This Investment Bonus Flyer and Manager's Special is designed to stimulate sales at the spur of the moment.  You can create purchase incentives as needed in addition to your regular marketing promotions.   

You change this special as needed based upon seasonality or amount of incentive you are willing to offer to get sales.  This way you can have a promotion launched within minutes and generating results immediately instead of waiting for direct mail, newspaper, television, radio, etc. if sales suddenly slow down.  The flier should also help get some people “off the fence” that are thinking it over. 

Techs can handout on all service calls and salespeople can handout on all sales calls and extend to all pending quotes.  You can certainly give multiple fliers to each homeowner for them to hand out to family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc. 

Your techs and salespeople can also hand out in the neighborhoods they visit. The flier is to be printed on fluorescent paper with the offer on the front and tracking table on back and then cut in half for handout. 

I recommend changing color of paper for each promo.  I would only have promos run for a few days to two weeks at most and take brief break between promos otherwise your staff will not embrace the concept and need for urgency to make sales to fill schedule.

Insert your phone number, website, logo and/or a picture of the item being offered in the boxes on the right. Be sure to insert an expiration date, limited number of homeowners, and value of item being offered. 

You can also offer the matching referral bonus for purchasing referrals mentioned on the back side or remove it at your discretion. You can offer a spiff bonus adder for fliers redeemed that were left by techs that is paid in addition to regular spiff to get techs to commit to handing out fliers on all calls and even surrounding homes.
